Registration Close Date: April 15, 2024

This online workshop series for Young Adults ages 18 to 30 meets Wednesdays on April 17, April 24, and May 1 at 1 p.m. Eastern and on Tuesday, May 21 at 8 p.m. Eastern.

Life is challenging and circumstances can create stress and anxiety in our lives. As Young Adults, the pressures of life seem to pile on top of us without an end in sight. From navigating grief to balancing work, relationships, and school, the challenges of daily life can be overwhelming. Who has time to breathe or “catch-up” with the demands and responsibilities, in particular after loss or during phases of grief? Anxiety and stress can be debilitating if we don’t take the time to care for ourselves.

Join us as we learn to better understand anxiety and stress, how it manifests in each of us and what we can do to develop healthy self-care and coping skills.
