TAPS Togethers: Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle
This event is open to military adults and children survivors.
TAPS families are invited to come together for a day of fun and connection at the Woodland Park Zoo. The Woodland Park Zoo saves wildlife and inspires everyone to make conservation a priority in their lives.
These tickets have been generously donated by Woodland Park Zoo.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Location: Seattle, Washington 98103
Registration is required: Once you receive your registration confirmation, you will receive additional details for this event.
Parking: Parking is available at the Zoo. Parking is $8 for the first two hours and $3 for each additional hour with a daily maximum of $12.
Upon Arrival: You will meet your TAPS Togethers Host and other TAPS families just outside of the Woodland Park Zoo's main gate. You will be able to identify other TAPS families through attire and/or photo buttons.
Time: Meet up at 9:30 a.m. at the zoo's main gate.
Attire: We encourage you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them. This will allow you to more easily identify one another at the event. Please dress accordingly for the weather.
What to Bring: Please bring a bagged lunch if you do not want to purchase a lunch and a water bottle.
Cost: The Woodland Park Zoo has generously donated admission tickets for this event. There is no cost to enter the zoo. Parking ($12 per day) and any purchased food/goods will be your responsibility.
