This event is open to all TAPS survivors, both adults and children, who have experienced a military or veteran loss.

Join your local TAPS family for a free concert featuring several retired leaders and commanders. This is the featured event of the 90th Annual Convention of the American Bandmasters Association.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., The U.S. Army Concert Band has performed in concert venues such as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Hollywood Bowl. The ensemble participates in ongoing, educational outreach and often appears at national and international music events.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Location: Oglethorpe, Georgia 30742

Registration is required: Once you receive your registration confirmation, you will receive additional details for this event. 

Time: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to get settled before program begins.

Parking: Free parking is available onsite.

Upon Arrival: Upon your arrival, please meet other TAPS families just outside of the auditorium's entry way. You will be able to identify other TAPS families through attire and/or photo buttons.

Attire: We encourage you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them. This will allow you to more easily identify one another at the event.

Cost: This event is free and open to the public, tickets are required. 

Note: This event is not hosted by a TAPS Representative. You will meet with one another just inside of the high school auditorium's entry way prior to the show start.
