The Gary Sinise Foundation Presents the Hollywood Adventure with Stars4TAPS

The Gary Sinise Foundation is excited to provide an incredible experience for female surviving widows, fiancés and significant others. Complete the online form for a chance to attend the Hollywood Adventure with Stars4TAPS this September!
TAPS survivors will be hosted by the Gary Sinise Foundation for three fun-filled days of Hollywood-related events. Past events have included trips to Universal Studios and the Santa Monica Pier, tours of the Walt Disney and Warner Brothers studios, set visits to TV shows such Scandal and SEAL Team, and time at the Gary Sinise Foundation's headquarters. Survivors will enjoy an opportunity to create new memories, have extraordinary experiences and bond with others who share the loss of a fallen hero.
All flights will be sponsored by the Gary Sinise Foundation with the help of their official airline partner, American Airlines. The Foundation will host TAPS survivors at a beautiful hotel in Los Angeles, CA and will provide all group meals. Attendees will be responsible for any incidentals such as baggage fees, snacks, etc.
Although TAPS would love for all female surviving widows, fiancés and significant others to attend, we have a very limited amount of spots available. For this reason, this unique adventure will be filled using a random selection process. Please note the following eligibility rules to make sure this is the event for you. Prospective attendees must meet the requirements below to be eligible to attend.
- Stars4TAPS events like the Hollywood Adventure presented by the Gary Sinise Foundation are intended for those survivors whose loss occurred more than a year ago and who have attended previous TAPS Events. If you are within the first year of your loss, we encourage you to attend a traditional TAPS Retreat, TAPS Inner Warrior Event, TAPS Regional Seminar, and/or the National Military Survivor Seminar.
- A Female surviving widow, fiancé and/or significant other grieving the loss of a loved one in the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Due to flight considerations, only those traveling from the forty-eight (48) continental United States and District of Columbia, will be eligible.
- Those who have attended a trip or event via TAPS where flights and lodging have both been provided (not including National or Regional Seminars) in the last two years, as well as those who have attended the Hollywood Adventure in past five years, will not be eligible.
We are asking those interested in attending this event to complete the online form, which will open on May 8 at 12:00 a.m. and close on May 13 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern OR once 250 entries have been submitted, whichever comes first.
Notifications will be sent the week of June 10.
