ABOUT THE WELLNESS WEEKEND
Wellness and fitness coaches will lead participants through workshops and workouts — self-improvement and investment are the goals.
After the weekend is over, we'll have coaching sessions two times a week on general wellness as well as support for training plans that you will select during our goal-setting sessions.
All physical fitness levels are welcome, but this event is geared toward non-adaptive movement. Participants must be willing to move several times a day — even if that means walking and stretching.
Get out of a rut, set new goals ... wherever you are, we'll use the weekend to find confidence and purpose and fight for the lives our heroes wanted us to have.
In addition to the workouts and workshops during the weekend, we'll have an ongoing community with coaches and peers to keep the feeling of working together, supporting one another, and finding meaning in who we are and how we choose to care for ourselves.
Ability to walk and willingness to participate in fitness activities to the best of your ability is the only physical requirement — we will have low impact/low intensity for those getting started as well as higher intensity for those who want to really push.
