TAPS TOGETHERS: WOLF TRAP'S CHILDREN'S THEATRE-IN-THE-WOODS: NOMAD DANCERS
This event is open to all TAPS survivors, both adults and children, who have experienced a military or veteran loss.
Join your TAPS family for a family-centered event at Wolf Trap!
Experience dancers as monarch butterflies, ocean waves, swaying willow trees, and dancing flames of a fire when Nomad Dancers take the stage. Through the beautiful medium of dance, Nomad Dancers highlight the importance of preserving the natural wonders of our world. Dances from the Middle East and central Asia will inspire audiences through a powerful, evocative, and nature-focused visual masterpiece.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Location: Wolf Trap Theatre-in-the-Woods - 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182
Registration is required to attend. Once you receive your registration confirmation, you will receive additional information for this event.
Event Time: Please arrive 20 - 30 minutes early to get settled before program begins, doors open at 10:00 am.
Upon Arrival: Please plan to meet other TAPS families behind the center of handicap accessible seating on the lower level. The venue seating chart can be found here. You may be able to identify other TAPS families through attire and/or photo buttons.
Attire: We encourage you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them. This will allow you to more easily identify one another at the event.
Note: This event is open to the public - as such, TAPS survivors may not be the only event participants so please arrive 20-30 minutes early.
While we are promoting this community event as an opportunity for connection, it is not directly organized by TAPS. Therefore, TAPS will not have a host at the event. If you would like to be the onsite host, please email us at tapstogethers@taps.org.
Parking: There is free parking available within the park in the East Lot and Gill's Hill just off of Trap Road.
