This event is open to all TAPS Survivors, Adults and Children who have experienced the loss of a military or veteran loved one.

Your TAPS family is in your community, and we welcome all those survivors wanting to create connections to join us for a tour of the U.S. Coast Guard Station, located along the beautiful shores of Lake St. Clair. Building connections with other military survivors encourages hope and healing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Location: U.S. Coast Guard Station, 24802 Jefferson Ave, St Clair Shores, MI 48080

Registration is required to attend. Once you receive your registration confirmation, you will receive additional information for this event.

Upon Arrival:  You can meet your TAPS Peer Mentor host inside holding a TAPS paddle fan.

Attire: Casual attire. We welcome you to wear any TAPS attire and/or photo button of your loved one if you have them. This will allow you to more easily identify one another at the event.

Note: Coffee, snacks, and light beverages will be provided after the tour.

Community is important!  This is why we create a broad variety of opportunities to bring the TAPS family together.  TAPS Togethers are one-day, organized, social events across the country, led by TAPS Staff or a survivor like you, with the goal of expanding our peer support community.
