Join the Happy Yogi Cooperative teachers Dave and Monya Cohen, and Erin McNamara of Up, LLC, for a practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskars) in-person at the “The Treehouse” at Tikvat Israel Congregation in Rockville, Maryland or online via Zoom Video Conferencing. 100% of the proceeds from your donation will go to benefit TAPS.
The workshop will flow as follows:
- 4 sets of 27 Surya Namaskar, each led by different teachers
- Guided stretching breaks between each set of 27
- Guided meditation during Savasana
