It’s often said that grief is hard work, so adding the job of setting boundaries to a griever’s to-do list can feel overwhelming. Yet the importance of setting healthy boundaries in grief – with relatives, friends, co-workers, and even with social media – has a clinical foundation based in well-known contemporary grief theories. Join Dr. Berger in exploring ways to empower grieving persons in drawing boundaries for their grief journey and choosing effective tools and interventions for healing.

This webinar is presented by the TAPS Institute for Hope and Healing®.
