The holiday season, a special birthday or anniversary, or an important milestone like a graduation can be challenging for anyone who has experienced a loss, even if the loss was years ago.

Presented by the TAPS Institute for Hope and Healing®, this webinar will address the signs and symptoms of these “temporary waves of grief” and offer ways to cope and help you discover blessings and moments of joy amid the challenges. Come with your questions and concerns. Dr. Anewalt will leave time in the second half of the program for discussion.
