TAPS Togethers: National Park Fishing Days
All survivors are invited to join us on Saturday, June 25 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hyde Farm Park in Marietta, Georgia for one of our TAPS Togethers: National Park Fishing Days!
In partnership with the National Park Trust and Trout Unlimited, TAPS has prepared for you a unique opportunity to share time in the great outdoors with your fellow survivors through fly fishing! Every participant will be provided with a rod, reel and small tackle box to take home and will have the opportunity to learn from our friends at Trout Unlimited the basics of fly fishing!
All ages and accessibility levels are welcome to attend. Please register by June 21, 2022, to guarantee your rod, reel and tackle box. Lunch, snacks and water will be provided as well as all fishing equipment.
Qualified, volunteer guides at Trout Unlimited will provide their expertise in fishing education and support our physical safety in a variety of outdoor spaces. For more information, visit the National Park Trust or Trout Unlimited.
If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Hunsell at expeditions@taps.org or call 800-959-TAPS (8277).
