TAPS Togethers: Central Market Cooking School - All About Chicken

TAPS Togethers is thrilled to announce our partnership with H-E-B Operation Appreciation. H-E-B has generously offered to sponsor TAPS survivors as they perfect their pairings, practice new techniques, expand their repertoire, and improve their confidence in the kitchen! Cooking classes are taught by expert cooking school instructors at participating Central Market locations throughout Texas. You'll learn to cut a whole chicken into pieces that can transition into a wonderful meal. You'll practice the proper techniques as you create four dishes using the thighs; breasts; wings; and tenders.
