Join your TAPS fam for a virtual yoga and mediation session lead by Tara Woodruff Dukes. This 90 minute practice will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed after a week of social distancing. For this session, you will need: comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or towel, some open space in your house, and water.
