Litsa and Eleanor are mental health professionals with more than 20 years of experience in grief and bereavement. They are also the founders of the What’s Your Grief?  website.

 

Program Details

Your grief story is one of kind. It's unique to you, your relationship with the person who died, your experiences, and the ways in which you continue to honor, love, and remember. In this workshop, Eleanor and Litsa will present photography techniques and exercises for exploring and expressing your grief story. This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in using photography as a creative outlet for coping with loss, regardless of skill level or experience.

 

Registration Details

This event is free and open to the general public. Anyone age 14 or older is welcome to attend. Your phone camera will be sufficient for the workshop, but you’re welcome to bring any type of camera you have. Light refreshments will be served.
