WE Pause, Breathe and Just Be virtual sessions are live via zoom every other Wednesday at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern.
Everyone needs a little R&R, and the Women’s Empowerment team believes you deserve the ease and space that comes from gentle movement, deep breathing, and meaningful support. You’ll find all of that in our 30 to 60 minute restorative movement and meditation sessions. Each week’s session will be a little different - some will be more focused on mobility and the relief of aches and pains; some will be about building mental and physical strength and resilience. (As with our other sessions, you’ll receive a weekly overview describing the week’s theme and the specific plan for our movement sessions.) You’ll end the session feeling connected, grounded, and certain that you’re becoming stronger every day.
How to Participate

All sessions will take place via Zoom. Meeting access information will be sent to you after you register.
