TAPS kids, ages 4 to 12, grieving the death of a parent or sibling who served in our nation's armed forces, will find a welcoming experience where they can share their journey among peers, increase their coping resources, and find companionship through our Youth Program mentors. Children's Care Groups are hosted by trained Group Leaders providing them with interactive activities that explore our grief and healing.
This Month's Topic
This month, we will engage in activities that investigate our feelings, and what we can do to cope with and find comfort in all of our emotions. We will also explore our support systems and how we can communicate with our supporters while also being a support to others.
