TAPS Congratulates Dr. David Shulkin on Appointment as Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Upon hearing the news that Dr. David Shulkin has been appointed to the position of Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) thanks Secretary Bob McDonald and Deputy Secretary Sloan Gibson and congratulates Dr. Shulkin.
