Thank you USAA for providing hope and healing

Thank you for supporting TAPS.  We appreciate our wonderful partnership with USAA and we appreciate your personal support for our families who have lost a loved one while in military service to our country.

Over Memorial Day weekend, we will host the 24th Annual TAPS National Military Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp.   Many USAA employees participated in our previous Thousands of Thanks campaign last year.  Thousands of messages and drawings were collected from across the country to remind the families of the fallen that America remembers and appreciates the service they have given and the sacrifices they have made.

The number of families in need of the loving support of TAPS continues to grow. At this year’s National Seminar we will host 800 adult survivors, 450 child survivors, and 450 military mentors. It will be the largest attendance in years and the first TAPS program for hundreds of surviving loved ones. 

During this powerful event, tears mix with smiles, and there is a genuine sense of belonging that gives a peace of mind that cannot be measured. TAPS is about honor. TAPS is about love.

What you do makes a difference. Thank you for your dedication and for honoring the men and women who have given their lives in service. We are grateful you continue to stand with us in our mission.
