General Dunford at the Gala

Marine General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, delivered remarks at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) Honor Guard Gala in Washington, D.C. on April 6, 2016. In his remarks, Gen. Dunford recognized the family members who lost service members as well as the TAPS team who provided support for families in mourning since 1994.
