This technique can be applied during a regular meditation practice, or on-the-spot in real life situations when you feel overwhelmed.

Heather is the author of Mindfulness and Grief and is the host of the Mindfulness and Grief  Podcast. She holds a Master’s Degree in Thanatology and is a certified yoga therapist. Heather serves on the TAPS Board of Advisors and partners with repected organizations including: The National Fallen Firefighter’s Foundation, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, Association of Death Education and Counseling, Maryland Hospital Association, and the LiveOnNY Organ Donation Network.

This webinar is free and open to the public. No meditation experience is required.  All spiritual and religious beliefs are welcome and respected.
