This year’s National Military Suicide Survivor Seminar will be held at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Each registrant is responsible for booking and paying for their hotel room unless a hotel scholarship has been requested, granted and confirmed. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-445-8667 or booking online. When making your reservation over the phone, be sure to mention the TAPS group code of GGC to receive the discounted rate. Please book your hotel rooms by Sept. 12 to receive the group rate.

The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort has also graciously extended this discounted rate three days prior and three days following the seminar, so if you wish to come in early or stay after the seminar ends, you can stay at the resort at the discounted TAPS rate. (However, if you are utilizing Hero Miles to attend the seminar, those flights will ONLY be scheduled for a Friday arrival and Monday departure.)

Option Available to Share a Hotel Room

Sharing a hotel room with another survivor is a great way to meet a new friend and defray hotel costs. You can indicate on your registration form if you’re interested in having a roommate. We will match you with someone of the same gender who has similar circumstances as your own loss. We can’t guarantee that we can match all who request a roommate, but we will try our best.
