Everyone needs a little R&R, and the Women’s Empowerment team believes you deserve the ease and space that comes from gentle movement, deep breathing, and meaningful support. You’ll find all of that in our 30-60 minute restorative movement and meditation sessions. Each week’s session will be a little different - some will be more focused on mobility and the relief of aches and pains; some will be about building mental and physical strength and resilience. (As with our other sessions, you’ll receive a weekly overview describing the week’s theme and the specific plan for our movement sessions.) You’ll end the session feeling connected, grounded, and certain that you’re becoming stronger every day.
