Virtual Session: WE Set It Up, Shake It Out
This 60 minute session (40-50 minutes of movement) is for all surviving women.
Take back the start of your week with no excuses, no fear, and no shame! Together, we’ll set intentions for the week, shake off what’s not serving us, and move together in a variety of fun, inspirational ways. You’ll be able to tap into your own energy and that of your sisters as you lean into mind-body wellness and our virtual connection.
Very little equipment will be needed; updates will be posted the week before if you’d like to plan and prepare. We’ll be doing something different every week (but you’ll see some fun series that will help build confidence as well as mental and physical endurance) and you can be certain that we’ll make it doable and interesting. We may even spot Anna, Emily’s mother, joining in for motivation (and to keep Emily under control). Start Mondays off with sweat and sisterhood - you’ll set the tone for your whole week.

The only requirements are that you have a safe, quiet (-ish!) space; a mat or comfortable surface to sit, move, or lie on (especially if you’re on hard floors); clearance from medical professionals to exercise and elevate the heart rate; and a “case of the Mondays” that you’re ready to leave behind.
