This 30 to 60 minute sessionis for all surviving women.
You’ve made it through another week and you’re looking to unwind. Maybe your weekend is hectic with activities or maybe it’s achingly empty. Maybe you’re proud of the way your week has gone; maybe you’re just not in a good headspace and need to reset. Whatever you’re bringing, there’s space for it at our Downshift session - a 30 to 60 minute virtual offering geared to help you release stress. Through mindful breathing, gentle movement, and guided meditation, we’ll create new spaces for safety, connection, and ease.
Participants with mobility, health, or other concerns are asked to reach out at least 24 hours before their first session so that together we can create effective, accessible alternatives.
A suggested equipment list will be provided, but none of it is necessary. The only requirements are safe, quiet (-ish!) space that allows you space to move, sit, and/or lie; a mat or comfortable surface to sit, move, or lie on (especially if you’re on hard floors), and a desire to feel more centered, more grounded, and more...together.
How to Participate

All sessions will take place via Zoom. Meeting access information will be sent to you after you register.
