The Honorable Harry N. Walters

Harry N. Walters is a managing member of Lafayette Equity, LLC. As managing director, he has served as a director of 12 corporations and as chairman of the board of eight companies. Prior to joining Lafayette, he was chief executive officer of DHC Holdings Corporation, a company established to facilitate and finance major acquisitions.

Walters is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
