In partnership with the USO, TAPS is able to provide, at no cost, a resource kit for all survivors. The TAPS Survivor Resource Kit contains vital information and special items, designed to provide you a personal resource, as well as items of comfort and care as you travel your grief journey.

TAPS Magazine | In October 1983, Navy Lieutenant John Hudson was packing to return from a deployment to Beirut, Lebanon, where he was serving as a medical officer and surgeon to 1,800 Marines. Waiting at home was Lisa, his wife of three years, and their 8-month-old son Will. TAPS Blog | Timothy Swenson, age 13, of Humble, Texas, shares his story of coping with the death of his dad, to help other grieving military children. Swenson was six years old when his father, Army Specialist David Paul Swenson, Jr. died by suicide. Timothy has found help at TAPS. TAPS Event | TAPS Good Grief Camp for children and teens provides a safe and supportive atmosphere to conduct activities and opportunities to learn coping skills, establish and identify support systems and create awareness that they are not alone in the grief of their loved one.
