Welcome » Annual Report

TAPS' programs provide support and care to more than 25,000 military survivors through Survivor Seminars and Good Grief Camps, Quarterly TAPS Magazines, 24-hour phone support, and our network of professional resources.

TAPS Good Grief Camps are designed for children of all ages (0-19).  The Good Grief Camp provides a safe place for children to learn about grief, share their feelings, express their emotions and helps to heal young hearts. It is a day of activities for children to meet others their own age who are also greiving and have the chance, in facilitated groups to learn that they are not alone in their feelings.  Throughout the day, there are special activities we call "grief work", where the children will have fun while discovering how to cope with the pain they are experiencing.  The children end the day by creating a network of care to lean on as they move forward in their daily lives.
