TAPS Togethers: Heroes on the Water, Vero Beach
March 6, 2025: We have reached our initial limit of attendees. Those registering will be put on a waitlist and will be notified as space becomes available.
This event is open to all TAPS survivors, both adults and children, who have experienced a military or veteran loss.
Join your TAPS family as well as local veterans and first responders for a guided day of epic kayak fishing on the Treasure Coast.
This event is generously organized and provided by Heroes on the Water.

Location: Vero Beach, Florida 32963
Registration is required: Once you receive your registration confirmation, you will receive additional details for this event.
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Please arrive by 7:15 a.m. to gear up and prepare for the day together.
Attire: We encourage you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them.
Cost: This event is free for you to attend.
Lunch: Lunch is provided by Heroes on the Water. Lunch will likely be pizza or BBQ and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, you are encouraged to pack your own lunch.
What to Bring: Please bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, clothing that can get wet, and water. All equipment needed for this adventure is provided by Heroes on the Water. You are welcome to bring your own, if you have it.
Important Reminders: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you cannot make it to this event, please let us know as soon as possible so that the spot can be opened up for other attendees.
