TAPS Togethers: Common Ground at Paradise Stables, Mount Airy
This event is open to all TAPS adult survivors who have experienced a military or veteran loss.
TAPS adult survivors are invited to experience the powerful connection between horses and humans to teach, learn, grow, and heal. Common Ground envisions a world where the healing connection between horses and humans is available to everyone, and all participants can learn how to problem solve and move forward in their own lives.

Location: Mount Airy, Maryland 21771
Registration is required: This event requires registration and a $10 deposit with Common Ground. The $10 deposit must be paid in order to be considered registered for the event. Further instructions on payment will be sent in your confirmation email.
Upon Arrival: You will be greeted by your host or a Common Ground volunteer. Additionally, you will be provided with waivers that need to be signed for both you and your family.
Time: Please arrive by 9:15 a.m. to get settled before program begins at 9:30 a.m.
Attire: We recommend wearing tennis shoes or boots, due to the possibility of muddy conditions. We also welcome you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them.
What to Bring: Please bring a sack lunch and a water bottle.
Fee: A $10 per person non-refundable deposit is required.
