Lauren Gray
Vice President of Development
Lauren Gray brings over two decades of experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and philanthropic outreach to her role as Vice President of Development at TAPS. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, forging transformative partnerships, and advancing mission-driven initiatives at leading national organizations. At TAPS, Lauren leads the development strategy to expand support for the families of America’s fallen heroes, strengthening relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors to sustain and grow the organization's mission. Prior to joining TAPS, Lauren served as Chief Development Officer at Welcome.US, where she led the development team, built strong corporate and foundation partnerships, and established sustainable fundraising systems to support families in transition. She spent nearly 14 years with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), directing corporate and foundation fundraising during a period of significant organizational growth and impact. Lauren holds a Master of Arts and Business Administration from the Bolz Center for Arts Administration at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. She is passionate about connecting mission-driven organizations with philanthropic leaders to create lasting change for the communities they serve.
