For widows, widowers and widowed significant others
Be prepared to have a good ole' time in Music City, USA as we kick up our heels, get to know each other and celebrate our heroes this spring! Retreats are definitely a unique TAPS experience. Past retreat activities have included sky diving, zip lining, surfing, downhill skiing, horseback riding and running a marathon. Whereas the regional and national seminars equip us with tools for dealing with grief within a structured environment, retreats focus on creating new relationship through shared experience as well as empowering ourselves to push through fear so that we can see the strength we possess, even after unspeakable tragedy.

Event Dates
Plan to arrive Wednesday, April 10th in Nashville, Tennessee as the adventure starts first thing Thursday morning! We wrap up Saturday night, so we'll be headed back to the airport on Sunday.

Other Details to Know:
While airfare isn't included in this amazing event, TAPS will take care of all lodging, activity costs, and most meals thanks to our awesome donors! Retreat spaces fill up fast! Our retreats are geared for 40 survivors and to ensure as many folks can attend, if you've been to a retreat in the past year, we ask you to wait until the day after registration opens to sign up. And remember, while you can only attend one retreat per year, you're welcome at as many other TAPS seminars and events as you'd like to attend. We ask for a $50 completely refundable deposit to hold your spot! The deposit can be refunded or donated to TAPS after the retreat. Registration Confirmation: Email support@taps.org if you DO NOT receive a confirmation email after registering.
