About the Camp
This 3 day - 2 night camp experience will be filled with traditional and military themed camp activities, as well as grief education and emotional support. All activities will be led by an experienced and trained grief facilitator. In addition, each child will be matched with a trained military mentor.
Campers will be comforted knowing that there are other children who understand exactly what they are feeling and experiencing and will also have an opportunity to memorialize their loved one. The children will learn coping skills and develop friendships and support systems that will last long after they have returned home.
